hey guys my training regimin just went up nasty! i need help with creating a diet with all the excersize and how i should be lifting
im currently about to cycle
test cyp tren ace and dbol
i am on a lacrosse team that requires about 2 hrs of my day and run atleast 2 miles a day with some sprinting also...
i have been lifting hard up untill this point im only gettin to the gym when i have enuff energy, prolly 3-4 times a week now instead of 5
im looking to get the best performance out of this cycle and maintain a good diet..
let me kno your guys thoughts on if im doing it overkill or wahtnot
