If you are asking that question, than you are NOT prepared to use it.

That's the spirit...I'll even send you karma for such a smart decision.

i don't care about you guys and your damn karma, like i said....its safe as can be...take your freaking carbs post w/o and 2 hrs later, and later on with humulin R if you are hungry as fuck....eat like a horse. where is the safety issue?

You'd advocate the use of insulin to a newbie?
Why?
Must i list all the risks?

i was a newbie to insulin not too long ago....and i'm doing fine with it. i never said to go down the the pharm and get him some humulin-R and go to town.....first ask me or you or whomever questions that are relavent to using slin. like how many carbs, when to take them, how much insulin, which type of insulin (not that there an many more than one choice here OTC in the USA). i did not see this fellows history or age or what not....maybe i missed it. i know he is new to insulin, but maybe not new to the AAS game. in that case it may be OK for him to use it. if he gives us more info, then that can be determined. but to just say "oh don't use it, its dangerous!"....is a rather foolish blanket statement. ANYTHING is dangerous w/o the right knowledge. we are here to help answer peoples questions, not to discourage use of any particular substance. now go ban juice authority or cut him off my ass where he always is or something...........

Insulin is one of my personal pet peeves....because someone i knew DIED from it.
I'm sure you are aware of the risks and benefits etc. If you take AS incorrectly, the chances of you DYING are pretty slim. If you take slin incorrectly, the chances of you dying are pretty apparent.
I just don't see how the risks outweigh the benefits....other than perhpas availability.

how can you say when following the safety guidelines to a T you can die from it?
RoidBeast said:I think he can use it, but first you should have all the the necessary knowledge to use it....
just my two cents...

You expect a newbie to follow safety guidelines to a T? You expect people to always do things the RIGHT way?
come on bro, you and i both know that in this game abuse of these substances is the norm and not the exception. Abusing insulin can be deadly.....period.

I'm not so much against it for the short-term possibilities...I'm more against messing with your insulin levels in ANY way. That's just one thing that I don't advise fucking with unless you have something to gain from your body (other than getting big, such as money from competing, or being a professional athlete)...other things I advise against for the same reasons are thyroid hormones and DNP.
When you think about how just eating to much sugars can give you diabetes, it doesn't make sense to inject yourself with insulin and mess around with it.
Just my thoughts on it...I'm not going to say you're wrong if you use it...I'll just stay away from it.
Shallow Hal said:
Actually the short term possibilities are much more dangerous then long term proper use. Insulin, when used properly will not make you diabetic. If you use it improperly, well you probably won't be concerned about the long term effects because you will be dead.
Insulin can be used safely and effectively. Like Bulldog said, he'll dtay away from it. That doesn't mean everyone has too. Do your homework and make your own decision.

i guess i am smarter than the average joe. i have no problems with it....but i know there are some young'ns and numbskulls around, and of course its deadly if you use it wrong. dirt nap time. i judge people on my sensibilities (what little i have) sometimes......and figure they will research and ask questions. i got flamed a few times over insulin asking questions....but i got my answers so i was able to do it safely. i too used to be deadly scared of it.....but like anything else, just be safe and you'll be alright. what did your friend do to kill himself if i may ask?
guards said:
Dumbass was drunk, took a shot of insulin (not sure the dose, but i am guessing it was pretty high), kept drinking and than had a seizure and died.
More of an aquaitance than a friend...but a good example of how stupidity kills.
You are correct when you say that when used properly it's effective. The problem is that there are many people out there that have NO clue how to use OR decided to be inventive and up their dose or forget the cardinal rules of insulin usage. You can't die from taking too much test...I've triedYou take too much insulin, or take it at the wrong time, and your a gonzo.
THE_BIG_FED said:
damn....so i guess binge drinking and insulin don't mix huh? i am a careful person believe me. but most are not i suppose. why the hell would someone take insulin when drinking? would be the last thing on my mind.![]()

We'll never know...he's dead.
He was renowned to be a bit of a retard when it came to AS and his dosages. VERY VERY irresponsible.

Frackal said:For CRMdogg and Bulldog can you please post specifically what these side effects are? I've done quite a load of research and am curious because you say "long term sides" but don't state what they may be.
Dr. JK said:I agree with not using it unless you know all the does & don'ts possible.
As an example, guards friend who did a slin shot while drinking. If he knew it could kill him he would not have taken that chance.
It's like this guy in my gym decided to take T-3. and when he stopped his thyroid never came back to normal, i.e. underactive. As a result he has to take T-3 for the rest of his life just to keep the weight off.
My advice for insulin, T-3 & DNP:
Think & compare the risk to the benefit
If you can achieve the same by doing AS and/or clen, effedrine, hydroxy and other fat burners, stick to it. You don't know what can happen.
