I will be starting a 4 week insulin cycle tomorrow, and would appreciate a few pieces of advice, if someone would kindly share the knowledge please. I will be using Humulin-R. I will be using 10iu's of slin immediately after workouts(not on off days). I will do the usual 10 X the amount of iu's administered in simple carbs(Grape Juice) about 15 minutes after the slin, then a 50gram protein meal about 45 minutes after that. I have used slin before, with mixed results. I gained a litttle fat the last time I used it, but can't remember how seriously I was dieting. I am staying quite strict on the diet now though, but am worried about the possiblity of gaining fat, as I have been trying to cut up lately, and don't want to ruin what I have accomplished to date by using the Insulin in a way that will precipitate fat gain.
My question is: Do you guys have any tips that might have helped yourself, or someone you know, avoid the chances of gaining fat while on slin. As well as any additional tips to help optimise muscle gain as well. Much appreciated.
