I am on GH and I know you need to take it on an empty stomach. You have to eat carbs RIGHT after your slin shot, at 10g per unit. Here is my proposed schedule, I want to get the MOST out of the GH and slin. Critique please:
6:00AM GH 2 units
7:30 Protien shake+oats
10:00 Protien Shake+ oats or cereal, etc...
12:00 Salmon/chicken and brown rice
3:00 Tuna, bread, non-fat mayo OR protien and rice
5:00 Cereal or oats+ protien (pre workout meal)
6:00 Workout
7:00 GH + Slin
7:10 High carb+ protien meal
10:00 Bed
Is this about right?
