Ordered about 6 back issues of Milo last month and I read through them everyday it seems like
. Anyway it is about time for a new routine and I cant seem to make up my mind, I cant get the exercises into an order I like.
I want to concentrate on overhead pressing strength, back strength, and hip/leg strength. Here's what I've been doing for over the past month and a half.
Day one
Db clean and press 3x5, 3x2
Deads: either 4x1 or 3x3
high pulls 2x6
weighted dips 3x8
plate curls 4x6
sit ups - 50
Day two
overhead squat (really as a warmup, but have been putting some weight on them) 2x10
Squat 5-6x3
zercher squat 2x6 have started getting a little heavier with these -almost up to 200
push press 4x2
sldl 2x8
calf raises 3x20
day three
power cleans 4x3
bench 4x3
bent rows 2x10
or
db rows 2x10, 1x5
hammer curls 4x6
While I like this, I like to change things around for time to time.
I'd like to keep most of these exercises but maybe add good mornings. When the weather gets a little nicer I am going to add some odd object lifting on the weekends as well.
Thought I'd get some expert opinions, see what some of ya'll think.
