My weekday martial arts classes run till 9 PM. I'm always wired after, and generally don't fall asleep till 1 or 2.

I can't sleep.
I've been a night owl for years.
I'm hoping that the Benadryl I just took to calm some allergy symptoms knocks my ass out soon.

I'm actually taking it because my damn allergies are kickin' in. I took 100mg the other night, and while I was all groggy and shit, I rolled around till 3AM.
50mg seems to do me good.
I had a patient the other night that had a mild allergic reaction; I gave her 50mg intravenously, and she was sleeping like a baby in a busy ER hallway within 15 minutes. I only wish!!

And as far as why I can't sleep? 400mg of DNP and 100mcg of T3 ED has a bit to do with it.
