Input Requested - First Real Cycle

Hey all,

Thought I'd get some input from the vets on here. Much appreciated, in advance.

A little info first:
- 37 years old.
- Been training since I was 14, but due to various injuries, have never gone hardcore. I know well enough what I'm doing though.
- Stats: 6'4, 245lbs, about 17% BF (but I have no idea for sure)

Experience with anabolics:
- Did an aborted D-Bol / Test-E cycle about 6 years ago. Had to cut short the D-bol after 3 weeks due to the pump it gave me and it hurting my hockey. Had to stop the T due to a move after week 7. Sucked.
- Recently did a 4-week 19-Tren TFO / Dieselbolan cycle, to help me lose some fat / keep muscle. I LOOOVED the results. See my post, top of pg. 12 here: Dieselbolan, Beastdrol, Tren, etc... Has anyone actually seen these supp's work? - Page 12


Diet is solid, and I have the $$ to eat well.

Proposed cycle:
1-4 Beastdrol / 19-Tren / Dieselbolan (pick 1, see below)
1-12 Test Enth @ 250-500 / week (over 2 injects). Still thinking about dose
3-12 250iu HCG every 4 days.
13-16 Beastdrol / 19-Tren / Diesel (pick 1)

I'm debating whether I should start with one of the Beast/Tren/Diesel products, and end with one as well (in part to go straight from cycle to PCT, and in part to maximize gains).

Any thoughts / suggestions on the above? I'm novice to the juice, but smart enough to know what I need to know / do my research / listen.


Here's what I'm working from as a base, physique-wise.

Bear in mind, I am only recently going heavy with stuff. I have a herniated and a bulging disk in my lower back (deadlifting injury in 1993), so am really fucking nervous about heavy iron.

What's your goal, brother? This will help us with determining an appropriate cycle.

You have a good build. You could get some very good results on the right cycle.

Goal is just to add some more solid mass to the frame, without blowing up too significantly that everyone around me goes "WTF?".

I'm looking for a nice clean gain, maybe in the range of 15-25lbs, tops. Would prefer to stay as lean as possible throughout, however, as I've been 'fat', and am not interested in looking puffy anymore. If I can do this while shedding body fat, all the better.

I suspect my diet will be something similar to this:

meal 1
6 eggwhites 2 yolks
3/4 cup oatmeal, water, with frozen berries and one scoop whey protein

meal2
can of tuna
1/2 cup brown rice or quinoa
light italian dressing(olive oil)

meal 3
6-8oz chicken
5oz sweet potato
1/2 cup green beans or broccoli
1 tbsp peanut butter

meal 4
1 can of tuna or some equivalent protein
1/2 cup quinoa
light italian (olive oil)

Train

meal 5
2 scoops whey, 1 gatorade or waxy maize

meal 6
6-8oz sirloin or steak or pork
large dinner salad with red wine vinegar/olive oil

Meal 7
Cassein protein drink - 2 scoops (~45g protein)
 
Diet looks pretty good to me.

I think anywhere from 8-12 weeks of Test-E @ 500mg/week would be fine. You could throw in Beastdrol for 4 of those weeks. Start taking HCG E4D @ 250iu from Week 3 onwards, as per your schedule.

You might want to consider picking up some Forged Liver Support to use during the Beast portion of the cycle.
 
Your 245lbs, a big boy. Your wanting to take AAS and train and grow. I personally think you are going to starve on your diet. The portions are so small. One can of tuna and only one scoop of peanut butter? A half cup of green beans? I'm sitting here typing you this eating an entire pound of green beans with garlic, pepper, olive oil and spray butter on them. My friend who was training for a contest and actually won 1st place was eating up to 40 ounces of meats a day as set by his trainer, and he was under 200lbs. I couldn't deal with that diet, not enough food. I mean, the foods you list are good, no doubt but I would starve.

Heh, you're probably right. I just copied and pasted that from another forum I frequent. It's a framework to go off, but yeah, I would probably eat a boatload more than that.



Any thoughts on adding Winny to the mix, both to start, and end the cycle, to harden it up/build strength?

styart cutting...you have a solid base ... you need to get rid of the fat get lean then bulk...you wil be alot happier with the results

Hey man. Thanks for your input. I agree - I could drop another 3-5% before I consider, and now would be the ideal time to do it (summer's here, I can get out and do sprints / fun stuff to help shed the weight, and the heat lowers the appetite naturally).

But that cycle you're suggesting is retardedly expensive (vs. what I'd be willing to spend, maybe not vs. what your average cycle costs). I'm not prepared to drop $1000 or thereabouts on gear (at this point).

I appreciate what you're saying though - I know that I could / will look better with lower BF%.

Props to you, btw. Physique looks great.
 
I agree with Hayez. But 500/wk of test-e will be sufficient for you. As for the dieselbolon, etc. I don't know. NEEDTO needsto tell ya more on that.

Also, I think you are asking too much from this cycle...gaining up to 25 lbs a muscle and losing fat at the same time is a tall order for any cycle. Can it be done as a newb ....maybe if your natural limit is not reached but if you close to your natural limit is hard.
I would venture to say that it is more realistic to gain 10 lbs of solid muscle and drop a few lbs a fat of being more realistic...and anything beyond that would be a bonus

I agree that 25lbs is an unrealistic number. I would be happy with a legit 10 or so. Especially for the money I'm willing to spend, and the effort I'm willing to put in (a lot).

I'm probably not even close to my natural limit, in all honesty. This is a shortcut. I'll admit that. One most of us have likely taken. I'm not taking it lightly though.

RE: dropping fat / cardio. I agree. I have to drag my ass out of bed earlier to get it done. I play hockey 2x a week already, so I am getting exercise, on top of working out usually 3x / week, along with one more session on my ARC trainer, or running.
