injury please help

Hey guys, I hope this is the correct board to post this. Anyways, About ten days ago I noticed that my flexor carpri ulnaris muscle was very sore where it inserts in the elbow. I took a week off of lifting and it seemed to be pain free. So i cautiously lifted today and it felt good as new.
A few hours later, it is sore again. Not as bad , but still sore.
Would anyone know what is wrong, and any advice would be great. Thanks
