Hi. I was doing hammercurls two nights ago when i suddenly developed a pain in my forearm on my left arm this felt like shinsplints. Didnt think anything of it because it wasn't to bad. Last night the missus asked me to flip the matteres the pain when i lifted the mattress was incredible. As im reletivly new to weight training (7 months) is this a typical injury or is it just bad form?
