Ok, I just posted that i needed a change of pace and was cut to lose my bulk and slim down...after coming to my senses- with some help from you guys- i hit the gym.....i also pulled a chest muscle. i probably wont be able to lift for two weeks....any suggestions of how to deal with this?
 
rest and ice - thats it.
