Injury question

I had a slight back/shoulder injury that left my right pec smaller and less defined than left. Any suggestions would be great on how to get it back where it was.
 
I would equate this with a newbie's asymetrical musculature. In which case I think time and patience is your best bet. But, I've heard others that are of the opinion of training sides differently to bring up uneven muscles. Just my opinion, I'd like to hear what others have to say, so I'll bump for ya

Are you back and shoulders good to go now?
 
Thanks for asking. I know that I am making progress but my shoulder still has a touch of pain when doing bench movements.

I will continue to just do what is comfortable.
