I started a cycle of 4AD w/Test 10 days ago. 5 days into the cycle I pulled (not sever) my upper chest muscle doing some incline back (don't ask how). The pain is subsiding but I have not worked my upper body for the last 5 days and have continued my cycle feeling I am wasting it by not being on the weights. I have only been doing leg work light arms and stomach.
I feel I still need a couple of rest days before going back to the upper body. I am really discouraged because I felt stronger. Is it a waste for me to continue the cycle when injured. I have a little over two weeks left of the 4AD and the stuff is not cheap. Should I end it, and restart later, continue?
My weight shot up 10lbs the first week but my bodyfat stayed about the same.
Any advice or similar experiences?
