Injection site soreness??? any tips on how to ease?

How's it going? I am dosing winny and could use some help with soreness. I'm injecting EOD and injectiong site feels tight like a little ball, it bothers when I sit down in car or on work out machines. I massage right after injection and at night b4 bed. A friend of mine suggested epsom salt? Is there anything else you would recomend? Its not horribly painfull just uncomfortable. Thanks any info would be appreciated.

Are u running winny by itself? If you are that's not a good cycle.

Secondly u need to take It ED

Thirdly, If you're experiencing soreness by injecting it you can just drink it

I forgot, I use to drink winny also, for the same reason,

Inject 50mg a day, and then when I drank it I would drink 100mg per day.

But like said above, what else are you taking and how old are you.

Im 22 years old and I am running Winny and Clen Together along with joint supplements to help with keeping the joints lubricated. Been on now for a week, 4 shots 1cc of winny EOD so far and 4 tabs .20mg of clen ED.

If I change winny to ED how much does that transfer to on the Darts? They read by cc's?

The Clen I do not really feel any side effects from thinking About going to 5 tabs. Should I want to feel the Sides of Clen to know its working or it will work even without the sides??

Drinking doesnt sound to good to me would rather deal with sorness just wanting to know if theres anything I can do to Help the soreness from occuring..

Why don't you want to drink it? It really seems to me that drinking it is the easier option.

put a heating pad on the site as well as messaging should help

How deep in deltoid can u go with dart? 23 gauge is what I got.

delt ass thighs are easiest injection spots.. unless you are rather big than its hard to reach around and get your ass..

Use more sites for your shots. glue, glute, quad, quad, shoulder, shoulder. Use bi's and tri's if need be. Leave the painful site alone for a while.

i dont think ill ever do a bicep shot so scary looken..

i have done bicept shot feels like a dead arm, shoudler not so bad kind of annoying.. and then dumbest yet i did it in calf muscle.. NEVER again i hobbled around for 2 days.. and that was only .5cc shot (100mg/cc) with a 28G 5/8" insulin pin....using a 23G 1" in the ass is no problem.. little pain or soreness just keep switchin it up
