injection site lump

did a test c inject in my left medial delt last sun and then an insulin pin b12 shot two days later in same area.after the b12 shot a lump appeared the next day.it was slightly sore but not red or painful.it has been one week since test injection and this lump is still there and quite noticeable from my view when elbow is extended out.when i press on it it does not hurt at all now but is starting to concern me that it has not went down.i have never experienced this before and am curious if anyone has an idea what is going on.years ago i was injecting winstrol in calves and still have a small lump that is visible when flexing that calve.this lump is larger and only really noticeable when i extend my arm out.any input would be greatly appreciated.

the delt area is small and after two days you should still had a depot of the cyp left so the injection of a water based inject into the same site just made is a mess--like oil and water salad dressing. it should clear up as it is absorbed.
