injection question?

when a decent amount of blood comes out after you inject is gear comin out with it too?

I often wonder that too, but my girlfriend who is a biology major with a minor in sports psychology says that from what she knows the juice should not becoming out it's in there to deep and it's to thick to run back out of the pin hole. Any other thoughts would be good though.
