Have always done my injections in glutes only. Never had a problem have been using the same spots and technique everytime. last two injections in right glute hurt really bad for some reason ( yes aspiration was done) first 6 weeks both cheecks were so easy could not feel the needle go in or out and no pain afterwards. Now the right glute injection sends numbing pain through me when my girls stabs me. could not be scar tissue build up already?? (only 7 injects) So i decided to try a quad injection instead of glute ( used 1" 25ga) Is this the right size?? It felt great no pain at all but next day and today feels like a bad bad charlie horse. doesnt hurt to walk or anything just if i flex it or strech it. Is this normal? did it 6" down from hip bone like spot injections dot com said right in the center of the muscle. it was only 1.2cc so is this normal or should it not hurt??
(test e and tren e mix) 350mg/ml thanks guys just have no experience with other injections but ass. should i try shoulder with same needle or do i need 1.5" thanks again nine!! :)

Probably hurting becuase you have been sticking yourself in the same general area for the past few weeks. I think you kind of already know that you have to try some other sites. Could have got close to a nerve, but you still need to be rotating sites as much as possible, between the main 3 (shoulder, quad, glute).

I think quad is the easiest, then delt and then glutes. I did glutes only for my 1st few cycles, and it is kind of scary trying other sites, but it is worth it. The delt may be a little sore (very minimal) after your first few injections, but you get used to it very quickly and it doesn't last long, especially if you are working it out that day or the next.

The bigger you get, the harder the glute shots are. About a 3 months ago (I took time off to drop to 225 because I am an idiot), I was at 240-250 and it gets hard to turn your body enough to see where you need to go on your glute. Then your back starts cramping and getting all pumped up just from twisting.

Try the quads 1st then delts, this will be the best decision on where to inject. Use a 1 inch needle, no need to do 1.5 inch needles.

Some people just don't take well to quad shots and feel like they've been abused with a baseball bat for a few days. Side delts make for a good alternative.

Looking at the cycle in your sig, it seems you're shooting 2x per week. Adding side delts will give each site two weeks to recover.

There's also a fair bit of leeway in the glutes. So long as your girl stays in the right area, she should be able to make two sites in the glutes to alternate between so long as they're at least 2" apart. That'll up your sites to an effective 6.
