injection problems

I am injecting 250mg enan and 200mg eq twice weekly in the quads. My right leg no problem, hardly any pain. My left leg is a different story. I have pain right after the injection the last couple of times. Also this time when I injected it felt like it hit something. It made my leg jerk. Injected it anyways, same pain after. My leg is not swolen, red, or in pain any other time. Know what the problem is?

You probably hit a nerve, nothing major. You should try hitting your glutes, much easier.

Yeah, that really sounds like a nerve. That can happen in other spots too, Ive gotten those alot when doing biceps. Not a good feeling!

Mate that shit happened to me when i jabbed in my arse, fuckin scary aint it! Dont worry though bro, you just hit a nerve, so try a different area, dont let it worry you tho!

Definitely a nerve... I got that 'jerk' in my shoulder once, but I continued with the injection. I had a quarter size area of my shoulder lose all feeling for almost a year. Must have severed right through a nerve. It eventually healed, just felt weird for a while!

I really don't like injecting into my glutes. That hurts worse. Can't inject into my arm because I am taking 2ml at a time.

Stick to the Glutes I hate fucking spot injections.........
