Injection lump

Enath injection leaves a lump on quads.. using 23g 1" needle. I always rub the area to spread the oil around.. any ideas?

No bruising, but hurts a bit when pressed on.

same thing happened to me with sus just rub it out and it should go down in a few days

400mg/ml enanthate does that only it last a week. doesn't matter where i shoot it. just tough it out

i would say as long as it is going down then i dont think its a problem. what i do after injection is rub the area then press the bottom part of my palm against the injection site, press, then push away from the site. then go back and do the same in all directions. no problem what so ever when i do that.

Thanks for the replys guys, I thought I was doing something wrong. Good to know its just part of the process. I'll try rubbing it down next time.

Not really at all, only when pressed on. There was thise one time when I popped a blood vessel, it left a mark for a few days, but it shouldn't hurt unless your pressing on it firmly.

run hot water on the bottle and inject very slowly, other than that, don't know what else you could do
