Anyone know a good way to keep it (test) all inside without any running out after you pull the needle out? It just makes me so sad to see it running away.

You should be doing at least a minimum of 1 1/2 " glutes & 1" for delts.. besides it shouldn't "run" out if done properly.

what makes it run out? Is it because it is not deep enough?Just curious, because sometimes I will inject and the needle will try to push itself out, I have to hold it in as I inject the rest.

I use 1 1/4" pinz in the quads and I have NEVER seen any juice run out.
Maybe you ain't going deep enough as Radr suggested.

I use a 1 inch when doing glute, with the whole needle all the way in.

When I pull out, there is a little blood, along with some clearer liquid, but usually not much.
