Wow with 355 posts I woulda thought you have known about that website by now?! j/k
But yeah.. it is a good website for newbies and vets. I used it just the other day.
FYI, for anyone (mods) reading this, what I meant about above is something like this.
A sticky with the title, basic info about gear, injections, sides, etc for newbies READ!!!!! or something that indicates it is all inclusive.
Then inside that thread have sub threads or posts about the following:
1) What NOT to say and/or ask when new.
2) Steroid Profiles - Have the title and then it's profile in Alpha order.
3) Injection Info (Step by Step) and have a link such as spotinjections.com
4) PCT (A MUST READ! What it is, where to find more info, anti e's, etc)
5) Sides - What each steroid presents as potential sides.
6) Workout Routines (5X5 alone warrants this thread)
7) Where can I get needles (insert link)
etc, etc. While I do realize that the vast majority of this info is on the board...finding it can be difficult sometimes especially when new and not used to navigating the site. It gets old looking for a needle in a haystack and you give up and make a typical "newbie post". I have found a search is not near as helpful as I wished it was. I type in TEST E and get literally thousands of posts, and find only maybe 20 of them are what I would be looking for and only 3 or so would be exactly what I am asking. I hope this isn't taken as a slam on the board or the folks that run it, it's not that at all. it's mroe of a request/offer to get the basics as centralized as possible in this particular forum to streamline things and educate. IF I were to make this sticky of sorts, it would be in gigantic letters at the top of this forum, and it would stand out bigtime to draw immediate attention. In this would of course be the forum rules and what not. Again, I hope this doesn't piss off the mods I'm not trying to tell you how to run the place, just sharing what I have felt about being new and what I think might help greatly reduce the number of repetative and newbie posts. I am more than willing to help if possible.
