I just have a few quick questions, iv never injected myself allways had some one do it. Is 23ga 1in too big for thighs? whats the best way all in one quick motion or slowly just push it in? when aspirating just hold the pin with one hand and pull back with the pluger with the other and how far do you pull it back. by the way i'll be injecting 2cc sust and my legs dont have much fat on them im 5'11 200lbs

23 too big? No. For oil you need about a 23.
Fairly quick. Should about a second... but not a stab.
Pull plunger back 1/8 to 1/4 inch to aspirate, if you feel it necessary.

you don't need to pull back that much....if you're in a vessel you'll know it right away with just a small pull.....

Injected for the first time today. Unfortunetely not steriods just Kyno. But I wanted to start my first cycle soon and wanted to know if could do the injections myself so I went for it. I read the different accounts of people hitting nerves in the quads but that is what seemed easiest to me. I just pushed hard enough to break the skin and the needle slid all the way in. Painless. I used a 22g because that is all I had. Will be going for the glutes to see if I can do that by myself. Good luck.
