I have been reading about B12 injections and decided to try them. Lets here some comments from those who have been using them. How often and how much are u guys running with?
I have used it several times and just like drwost said I did not feel any additional energy from it. However, i do feel it is beneficial if you are on cycle.
B12 is very absorbable and is available in dosages hundreds of time higher than you could possible use. And whether you inject it or eat it, it's in and out of the system within a day. So basically, there's no point to injecting it.
