i know its a little small, but there are Q's i have like Proper Spot Injections...Methoods,.. not nessessarily the whole thing on that page, but i guess the basics and things anyone should know/be aware of.

proper spot injections... thats easy

method... clean area ( and vial , if u use a vial) make sure all air is out of syringe by having a drop of oil come out of the needle, also for lubrication. stickin needle to proper injection site, aspirate before injection. i use the " picking up a penny" method that someone told me about on here... its like picking up a penny between the syringe body and the plunger. if u get an air bubble, inject. if u get blood while aspirating, then pull back needle and find a different spot. pull out needle after injecting and clean the area right away with more alcohol. massage the area for a minute or 2 to reduce pain. cover injection site with band-aid... something like that

show me where the question is in there? you pretty much asked how to inject... you are the kind of guy that gives steroids a bad wrap.. ure too lazy to do research odds are you don't know shit about diet and you don't know shit about any steroid.. research them be4 asking questions.. just for your info i have done my reacearch on steriods, pertaining to them as a whole, minor things like injections and techniques i havent looked into because im not at the stage yet where im looking to begin my first cycle
and as for diet, as of right now, im obviously a natty, and if u had any ounce of a brain u would know that there is no point in juicing if someone doesnt know shit for a diet.
so u can keep your hole shut now
