Hello Fyi - Im 36 5'8'' about 160-165 with athletic build and starting first cycle with Test-e and Dbol this week. However im reading a lot here for about a month but really still dont know what this is. Can someone break it down for me. ie What is it. How do you get it. Signs and so forth. and what to do about it. I did get some anvalar(I think thats the name) too. thanks

Not to be a dick, but those are the type of questions you want to have answered BEFORE starting a cycle. Especially with a long ester like enanthate, since if you are susceptible to gyno you'll have to deal with the elevated test levels for atleast a week (or more).

But to answer your Q, gyno is when breast tissue enlarges due to hormonal balance (among other things). Symptoms would include puffiness, soreness and "milking" in extreme cases. There are several drugs to combat this. I suggest you research Clomid, Nolva, Letro, etc before you even think about poking yourself.

AAS does not guarantee gyno-sides, but the probability of developing it certaintly goes up.
