This is the bench press program I've been using. Works good for me, it's realistic. Every 12 weeks I start over without taking a break. I've done it 3 times now, and the first time I increased my bench by 15 lbs and the second 2 10lbs each. So far on average 30lbs this year. It'll probably end some time, but, so far so good.
