hey.. how is the best way to increase the numers off dips and chins made without stopping?
i need it for a contest next year.
 
Yep - get an extandable pullup bar in your house - screws into any size dooray, fitted in minutes.

Just jump on when you walk paste and hhin to exhaustion --- that will work. Plus your arms will get HUGE!
 
If you wanna get stronger at dips just do them every week, try and add weight each week.

Answer to this first.

How many reps you can do for dips and chin-ups right now? Have you done them with weight yet? Current routine? Technique? Experience? Height? Weight?
 
take whatever your max reps for chins and dips and cut it in half and do sets that way. say your max is 10 do 5 for a set, rest, and keep going like that untill you are done. do that twice a week and your reps and strength should go up exponentially
