increase effort during cycle or leave it unchanged

Chaps,

I have been training on and off for about 3 years but managed to increase the frequency since May of this year. I have to say that I was pretty fit round about 13 years ago during my time as an EOD diver. Anyway, I picked up training again when I was about 30 years old.

Only very recently I started my first cycle using Testoviron only and plan to conclude the period with Clomid. The cycle will last round about 7-8 weeks and I hope to see some muscular gains as well as the loss of some bodyfat (which is currently about 15%).

Question from my side: Being a hardgainer should I restrict my exercises to 1 day on, 1 day off or does it make sense to increase it to 2 days on 1 day off seeing that the juice should increase the recovery period rapidly. I guess I should point out that I tend to exercise between 5.30 and 6.30am, given that this is the best time for me (considering work etc etc.).

Any feedback appreciated.

Just make sure you hit each muscle group hard once a week.I would do 4 exercises for each muscle group @4 sets each.Once the cycle is over I would pull back a little.Good luck with your cycle.

Depends a lot on your intensity level. If you can go all out in a session to complete muscular failure on each set,i'd say train every 2nd day.If your intensity isnt at that level and you feel fresh and energetic the day after a workout, id say two on one off. Also just in passing concentrate your efferts on heavy leg and back work, that will get you growing.Best of luck.

it took me a long time to realize that overtraining will hurt your gains as much or more than undertraining.....it took me time to get to a level that I felt was the beast for my muscle growth....I think u have to listen to your body.
