Incline bench PR 275lbs

Felt damn good today, figured might as well see how high i could go on incline bench. Busted out 275 solidly, light touch on the chest and then even all the way up. Tried 280 and couldnt get it though, got stuck at the chest-tricep transition.

Then I went on and did the 95's on incline bench press 5 times.

Congrats on your Personal Record.. be careful not to overtrain though..

I am 182-183 right now. I gained 2lbs from thanksgorging meals.

300 on incline would be awesome!

You work flat bench at all or do you focus solely on incline?

My flat is decent but my incline is weak in comparision, but then I've never led chest day w/ incline.....

I lead my chest day with incline then sometimes go to flat bench. I started doing this as my shoulder had issues with flat bench. I still believe flat bench is a better compound lift but if it hurts I am not going to do it.

My max on flat bench is currently 295 and that was obtained after cutting it out of my routine for at least a month.

Recently put both close grip and flat bench back into my routines (different days). And soon I'll start off my chest day with flat bench.

and beast can say kill that shit all he wants because he is honest with what he does, training eating, ect

That's awesome numbers for your weight. Mine are higher, but i out weigh you by 80lbs. Needless to say pound for pound you would slaughter me. Keep up the great work.
