In pain, need help

I don't know what to do...I am currently doing a cycle and have tried a new (for me) kind of test e, in the sachets ******. I have done everything I would normally do, same size needle, same place of injection, same everything except I am in terrible, terrible pain. My first week, there was a little pain and some inflamation, but no big deal. I switched sides (glute) for the second week and the soreness was a little greater and the inflamation a little more. I did my third last week and I can barely walk. My hip and glute are very inflamed and I feel like I have been shot - literally.
Is there a chance it is just a bad batch? Has anyone else had problems with this before?

Common -

Do you have anything sterile you can cut it with?

Do you mean, cut the sachet open?

I didn't cut it open, I just put a singel sterile needle in and the changed the plungers, so I would have thought it was pretty sterile.

Oh and I just went thru the same thing your going through.

Best thing I found was to heat up my preloaded pins in a glass of water plunger side down.
Massage the area good after the inject.
Workout the body part the you inject into.

No he meant like sterile oil.

I have never had to do that before. So what you would add plain sterile oil to the mixture??? How is that going to change anything as it is already in oil?

It could be a "bad" batch, or high BA (alcohol). Apply heat or sit in a hot tub. Keep an eye on it. If it gets red or gross looking go see Dr. and get some anti-biotics. Might just go away on its own. It's fix-able :)

Right, do a search on cutting it with something like cottonseed oil if you don't have eq or something to cut it with

I really have done all that stuff. It isn't like it is getting gross or looking infected on the outside...however the swealing is quite bad and takes about a week or so to come down. I'm scared to hit the next injection, as every week it gets worse. It certainly goes away on its own, but again it takes about a week so when injecting every week there is no break.

How much do I want to heat it up?

depends. i just draw the oil in the syringe and heat the syringe directly with a hair dryer until it is warm to the touch. then shoot.

Do a deep tissue massage where you inject it too. Dig your thumb in there well and rub it deep.

Oh, wait. I thought I was in sex chat. :)

Seriously though, deep tissue massage may help minimize the pain afterwards.

How many cc's are you injecting at one time?

Cut It With Sterile Oil Problem Solved....

You may want to cut your loses AND PAIN. And dump it!!!
Why continue to inject yourself with "bad" gear. It could be dirty, too much BA, who knows. What you DO know is that it happens every time you shoot.
Have your man replace your gear too.
Sub heat with ICE for swelling.

You know what works for me.........in the shower.

I take 2 minutes and let hot water hit my ass hahahaa seriously

never have any pain.....then when I'm done I massage my ass in the shower and continue on....it works for me

Based upon what I gather, I doubt the source is bad and has bad stuff. The first time I ever used anything I was sore as hell but things eventually levelled off.

I microwave a glass of water for three minutes.
Then put the pin in plunger side down for 5 minutes.
Dry off and go

Yea I am about at that stage now - dumping and moving on...

Thanks bro

Listen bro, doing any or ALL of the suggested remedies will probably do NOTHING to alleviate your pain. You're going to come across painful gear every now and then. I recently used a brand of test E that despite my best injection method efforts would leave any body part paralyzed, irritated and red for 6-7 days after injection. Heating, rubbing, working out the muscle after injection...nothing helped.

You have to make a decision. Either 1) realize it's going to hurt with every inject and just suck it up and stop worrying. Or 2) toss it and get another brand.

What you CAN do however is shoot LESS into your glute. Instead of shoving a cc into your ass cheek, put .5cc into each side. Start using other spots such as delts.

You should always taper up doses whenever starting a new brand of gear.

As always, get medical attention if you spike a temp. Swelling, pinkness and pain can last up to 8 days...so like I said worry when you get a fever.

Great advice bro, thanks

here's something you can try -- seems to work for me and everyone I've suggested it to.

take about 3 grams of beta-alanine half hour to an hour b4 your shot. The same way that it clears "painful" lactic acid from your working muscles and allows you to push out more reps before the burn gets too bad, it likely neutralizes the painful substances from your shot (ba).

p.s. its actually the carnosine which the beta-alanine helps form which does the buffering

I see you mentioning this whenever the issue of painful injects comes up...and you're striking my curiosity :)

I'm more curious to test the theory than I am concerned with making shots less painful...might give it a go and try shooting my old, painful gear again.

I use 800 mgs of ibuprofine twice or 3 times a day to help with the pain if it gets like that. Usually, when I encounter painful gear, it's usually the concentration more than the BA for me. My body does get used to it, but I only inject my delts, so they're pretty used to it. You have to start off with .5 cc for a while and rotate to your common muscles that are used to injections, just as the person above said. I have had a spike in body temp (a degree or two - nothing ibuprofine can't fix), my whole bicep turn red and swell up and can't use my delts for a week. Last time this happened to me I was out for 8 days! that sucks! Couldn't sleep good, body aches, just miserable!

If your test dosing is normal, 250-300mgs , it's probably the ba since it's in a satchet. It's proably higher because of that..who knows..now suck it up big cat and walk it off!

I can really relate to this. Just started a new product and have been gimping around lately like i have spent a week in a Thai kick camp.

I just baked my gear yesterday for 20 mins at 200degrees two times. Will have to see if that helps.

Has anyone else had success with baking gear, i get some mixed reviews.

Definately also going to try Mav.'s advice about Beta-alanine, he always seems to have the right answer

Good luck

strange that your first week was fine..
friend of mine always bakes sachet gear before use.
iv always sworn by baking painful gear, heat it up then shoot it before you train.
i like mavs idea about beta alanine before shooting..

that would be great if you have known painful gear stashed.

also, you probably dont take as much ancillary vitamin/amino/herb stuff as i do so it would be a purer test DOOOO IITTTTT
