In Mexico, what can I get?

Hi, I'm now in Mexico, 'cause of my job, been here for a month. I already have a gym I attend daily but I hear I'm in roid heaven now. Back in the states, i used Deca and Winny. Now I understand gear here is dirt cheap, but, WHAT SHOULD I GET? I know vet gear is easy to get here and that's my bet. your like a kid in a candy store right now, i would go into a pharmacy and see what they have and then research the stuff youve never heard of then give it a shot
