hey everyone.....my gym held a in house small meet. Just for the powerlifters, so it was fun. Not sanctioned anywhere, just a bunch of powerlifters having fun.
Here were my results for that day.
Bodyweight: 196lbs am
Squat:
560 hit
606 hit
650 hit
Bench:
360 hit
396 hit
425 miss
Deadlift:
520 hit
563 hit
581 miss
Total: 1612 (the above numbers were in kilospounds, so if the numbers dont add directtly up its fine, but this is an exact total) which i converted to
I got the deadlift on video, on the squats i have a video from the front, just need to edit the video. Also have the benches, so give me to the end of the week for the other videos. But here is me deadlifting.
