Batman didnt even have crap for superpowers, just a utility belt.
Now Superman vs. Darth, that would be a match up. Lasers coming out of his eyes, he could blow Vader around with super breath. Plus you cant choke hold the throat of the man of steel

That's why I said Yoda would kick his ass. Batman just has lots of money to buy the toys to make him look like he has super powers.
