Imtaking anavar and need help???

Im taking 40 mg of anavar a day and 5mg of creatine a day. My friend advised me that creatine is to hard on your kidneys and doesnt really help the anavar. he also said it causes sexual dysfunction in a number of ways. do you think this is true and also does it really help that much during an anavar cycle. thank you very much

LOL,your friend needs to do some serious research.He is absolutely clueless about what he is talking about.Anavar up-regulates creatine synthesis,so dropping supplemental creatine into the mix is like pouring gasoline onto a fire.Just ask anyone who has combined the two.Creatine has no bearing on sexual function whatsoever,and at moderate dosages and duration is very benign on vitals.

your friend has no clue. There´s no evidence supporting kidney damage caused by creatine. Anavar gets your body to produce more creatine so supplementing with it will give your muscles even more creatin. This results in a good increase in strenght.

Creatin and sexual disfunction = bullshit

Anavar and sexual disfunction = possible after coming off

Creatine is great to take with anavar, and he is showing a complete lack of knowledge about the way it affects the body. My advice is to get rid of this friend...

What about the use of Creatine with test or dbol. Would this also help in upload and more gains.

Dbol causes a large uptake of nutrients so creatine works very well with it. However the use of AS with creatine may have a long term effect on how well the body responds to creatine intake. With that large upregulation of nutrients while on comes a possible downregulation of sensitivity to them in time (this is sort of speculatory on my part though)

Magnus-That is correct.ALL A/S increase CPK(creatine phosphokinase).Anavar just has an exagerrated effect on CPK metabolism compared to other A/S.15 grams of creatine per day will work excellent alongside var.
