Improving hand strength

Whats some easy ways to improve the strength in my hands ?

Not using wrist straps. Grippers. Hanging from a chinning bar. Farmers walk with dumbbells

half the guys at franchise gyms use gloves (LA fitness lol).. it is quite annoying

Look into those hand grippers. They're pretty affordable and really do work. You can use them while at your desk at work
