DC Training has been proven to work, end of story there. However, for size nothing seems to come of it unless 2gP/lb-BW is consumed daily, whereas other routines produce size gains without the consumption of so much protein.
Do you think the only reason it is effective is because of the intense amount of food taken in, and the same result can be achieved with other programs assuming intensity is still used, but possbily divided?
