Need some info-when you track a package online, under status it usually says - in route -.Mine has said that for the past two days, now it says -EXCEPTION- and has been returned to the place of origin and is telling me to contact UPS for more information. Any idea whats up???

I use UPS all the time. They suck ass. If they shipped it ground it could take up to 8 days to get it.

I don't work for UPS but i use to load trucks for Fed-ex Ground..all i have to say is i pitty the packages the come delivered that way. Thrown, punched, kicked, launched like a dodge ball into the front of the truck, all routine practices when loading the trucks for the day because of the stress the package handlers have, thank god i don't work there anymore.

UH, I did call them. The lady put me on hold for a while then came back and said she had no info and the package should be delivered as usual.

I have a package in transit right now. It hasn't been updated since friday. UPS is just that piss poor. They don't update the tracking info often. How long ago was it shipped?

I am having the same problem

Had a package shipped domestic two day and all was well unti yesterday when status changed to exception and I was told to call UPS. The package according to the web was sent back to the original location and UPS verified they had my address correct but could not tell me what was going on with my package. Whats up????

This happened to a shipment we made from the company I work for. The package was in transit when it was damaged. They sent what was left of the box back to us with most of the contents m.i.a. Just one of they many things that could be wrong though!
