Important-anybody Work For Ups

Need some info-when you track a package online, under status it usually says - in route -.Mine has said that for the past two days, now it says -EXCEPTION- and has been returned to the place of origin and is telling me to contact UPS for more information. Any idea whats up???

CALL THEM, CALL THEM, CALL THEM..... why are people scared to call ups and fed-ex.. go to a damn pay phone if you are scared to call from your house.. ask them what it means and they will tell you...

I use UPS all the time. They suck ass. If they shipped it ground it could take up to 8 days to get it.

I don't work for UPS but i use to load trucks for Fed-ex Ground..all i have to say is i pitty the packages the come delivered that way. Thrown, punched, kicked, launched like a dodge ball into the front of the truck, all routine practices when loading the trucks for the day because of the stress the package handlers have, thank god i don't work there anymore.

UH, I did call them. The lady put me on hold for a while then came back and said she had no info and the package should be delivered as usual.
