...what happens if you get immunized twice for the same virus?

I got my immunization shots back in Russia in 1970s, but not sure what exactly I had done. I think sone of'em were Smallpox (poor Americans can't get that), Tuberculoses and Typhys, who knows maybe Black Plaque too!

Shouldnt affect you adversely.........check with the doc tohugh.

some childhood immunizations may need to be done again for immune compromised people russsian, such as MMR. (mumps, measles, rubella).
