Imakarum - routine

Off the subject, but how did your workout that you dedicated to me go?
 
bite me.. it was empty gym, just 4 people inside.

I went to squat rack, warmed up with front squats

135 x 8, 155 x 6, 185 x 4, 225 x 2, 245 x 1

Put 275 on and decided to go for 3 reps.

I unrack it with a clean grip, and all of sudden some chinese mother fucker walks around the powerrack to the ab machine, and clips the barbell with his shoulder. I lose all my balance, my right leg caved in because I was in process of setting up, and it fell right near me.. the safety racks were way below.... my partner deadlifted off of me but it jammed right side of my lower back.. like a pinched nerve... fuck this is flustrating, im icing it now,.. feels like a bruise :(

Good thing you didn't get hurt worse. I hope the dude offered a profound apology as he should have.

Like I said on another thread, at least his deadlifts weren't messed up.
