I'm up 10 lbs. in 4 days...

I don't know where he gets ground buffalo - but I know at Bread and Circus here (sort of a health food/granola head supermarket) you can get ostrich meat and muffalo and just generally really good meat - which is funny b/c it is a health food store so there are a lot of vegetarians. but the ones that eat meat want good stuff I guess.

as for a 1000 cal shake, when I put on most of my weight, I was drinking 2 1000 cal shakes a day, and for awhile I was mixing them with weight gainer stuff, so it was closer to 2000 cal shakes. now I have one a day and it is about 1000 cals.
not sure what frack uses, but mine are:
24oz 1% milk
45-65g protein (take your pick of what company)
1tbs flax seed oil
3tbs amino fuel
3-6tbs vanilla flavored stonyfield yogurt
a bananananananana
some frozen strawberries
(and sometimes a balance bar too)

I think that is it. you could use ice cream if you want to get the cals up even further.

when I was bulking, I basically had the same shit minus the flax seed oil. I guess I've been drinking them all along :) (24oz skim milk, 75g protein, mixed fruit and strawberries, peanut butter, banana, and a container of yogurt)
 
the flax seed oil adds lots of cals too.
I forgot that I sometimes added regular oatmeal and penut butter.

I'm just too tired of eating these days. poor me :)
 
I've never had flax seed oil, almost bought some the other day to try it out.
 
I know i couldn´t afford such a diet... And i probably wouldn´t have the stomach to digest that amount of food... My life can´t be around bodybuilding... Its nice to have a muscular physique, but if you think about it, it won´t give you that much in the future...:o
 
Frackal whenever I hit one of them in a motion no matter what I'm doing I go back through the same motin very slowly, feel my way through the pain and work it out that way. Basically what is happening is that a nerve has "slipped" in between to muscle fibers and whenever you make a motion it "pinches" the nerve and sends a pain signal to your brain. So working back through it helps shift the nerve. If I'm lifting I pic up a 25 pounder and just work my way through.

What is the kicker here is that the pain is so intense because of the direct nerve contact!
