You can loose 10lbs of water in the same amount of time. YOU CANNOT , I REPEAT YOU CANNOT LOOSE 10LB OF FAT IN THAT SHORT OF A TIME-FRAME. IMPOSSIBLE!!! (water loss possible, but NOT FAT LOSS).... you are more likely to see a UFO then loose 10lb of FAT in such a short period of time
