Only one thing will truly help you get over your ex: time. You can keep busy with hobbies, with friends, with meaningless sex, but it's all just to keep your mind off of what is really bothering you: change. You woke up feeling like shit because you went to bed feeling like shit, it was just masked by alcohol and a new pussy.

Nah, I'm not in the same state of mind you are, not anymore anyway. My ex moved out 7 months ago now, and although I've dated a little here and there I haven't fucked anyone at all yet. I knew I needed time alone to get back to grips with myself, we were so entwined for so long that it was like losing an arm. But to be honest the last week or two I've felt really good about it all, I'm learning to live again without her. I'm learning to be myself again. Seven years is hard to unlearn.





In short, I'm starting to think of other women when I masterbate. :D

yeah.. having my ass licked right after my breakup was a cool novelty, but didn't bring much satisfaction to me at the time... its still a cool story though that I like to relate to friends and family from time to time.
