I'm so confused!

to my knowledge you burn empty calories on an empty stomach. I reccomned cardio in the am hours, weightlifting in the pm hours.
 
well personally id rather not ever workout on an empty stomach. and thats how i would treat cardio, like a workout. i think its great that you do it for your heart. i would eat something beforehad though, anytime you do something stressful or intense in a depleted state your going to lose something, and it may not be fat.

to lose that little bit of fat, just manipulate your diet.
