Im Sick Cold/Flu

I know they say to rest and recover but its been 4 days since ive been to the gym do you guys lift while sick?
 
I have a bad sinus cold too, I actually got out of bed and am up right now cause of it..
I dont usually lift however sometimes I may try and take a jog..
I pump myself full of vitamins, antioxidents, water, etc..

I also take that 'airborne' stuff it helps/
 
If i just have a cold i usually still go and just putz around with lighter weight. Flu or completely feeling like crap or if i have a fever then i don't go. I was training with mono over last winter and didn't even know it though! I thought i just had a cold that wouldn't go away, the doc said i was lucky the mono didnt affect me more. He said some people can't even get out of bed while others are almost unaffected.
