find a barber shop with any foreign flag decor (except mexicans - they are the only foreign people who SUCK at cutting hair)

get your hair cut there

One of my best Girl friends is a hair dresser and she drinks like a fish....I wont even come in and get my hair cut till like around 2-4 in the afternoon....must be that young age that does it....still in party mode.......all the freaking time.
