I'm popping my cherry tomorrow...

well, we got it over with.
I didn't want to make the kid come all the way in, just to let him go, so the HR woman and I had a conference call with him.

it was not hard because we left it on good terms and he knew he didn't have much to do here and was having trouble focusing on work and school. I told him to call us when he has chunks of time- summers and other breaks, and definitely when he graduates. So he was cool with that.

It is within your power to really help him, make a difference....
