Is this true and if so is it ok if I bring some with me in the
suitcase, I mean juice is legal so how could protein not be ??

yep its illegal. i wouldnt bring anything in there. just buy quality foods. the old BBers didnt have any whey and they built good physiques

Dennis James lives and trains out of Thailand, are you guys telling me he doesn't use protien supplements?

Why the hell would protien be banned?

No, protein supps are not illegal but they are expensive and somewhat hard to find outside of a few pharmacies and possibly the GNC store at Siam Discovery (take the BTS 'skytrain' to 'Siam' station or have a cab drop you off there). The pharmacy down the street has buckets of protein supp displayed in their front window.

I do recommend bringing milk thistle with you, if you like to use that. I have never found it here or heard of anyone who has. They do have Legelon (sp?), Clomid, Proscar/Propecia, etc., so you'll be okay for those. Clen is available here but ephedrine is not.

Food: Most of the rice that comes with food in Thailand is of the overly processed white kind. Avoid it, and stick to complex carbs like good old oatmeal. For protein I do mostly egg whites, tuna in water, and lean chicken. A lot of the street food like satay is greasy and fatty. There's a huge difference between Thai cuisine (very very good) and everyday Thai cooking (tastes OK but not very nutritious and often loaded with sugar, salt, fat, and deep fried like nobody every heard of cholesterol). By all means try it but you probably won't want to eat like that every day.

Drop a line when you get out here if you want some info, etc.
