I am a new Platinum member and not sure how to log on. I ordered some on-line products but I don't know how to access them. Do I log on or is there something to click on. PLEASE HELP!

Click on the reports and consultations button at the top of the page, then click on the "my account" button. All the reports you have ordered will be there.
