I'm new and any advise at all would be helpful!

yeah, not sure who was doing the bashing, not me, I was trying to be helpful. oh and i forgot to address the amount of sets you're doing dj, too much in my opinion too. and this is coming from a guy that likes to work a lot of sets. I'm glad you are taking the time to learn DJ, lot of other guys have come here like you and just had it set in their minds that they're gonna juice, that's all there is to it. You'll see, if you get all that other stuff in check and work your ass off(which you have to do anyways on or off gear) you WILL gain and improve.

I'm sorry to not clear my sets up with you guys I don't do the incline and decline and machine flyes and regulars fleyes I switch those 2 up every week sorry I didn't clearify that I don't overdue it my trainer told me to do 4 exercises per body part with one exercise at 5 reps and the other at 4 sets.

I really would like to learn and you keep saying I don't eat right I'm looking for a thread to see what I should eat and I can't find it anywhere could you please help me with that?

And yeah I'm comming on here to learn if I wanted to dive right into the juice I would have already I really want to know my stuff and obviously everyone's knowledge on here is far superior to mine so any help I get I really really appreciate!

There wans't any bashing me but some of you came off as kind of rude when I was simply asking for help.

Hey I appreciate your answer, I also just want to add a little mass nothing crazy whats the basic thing to start off with is Dbol a good starting cycle?
your first cycle is gonna be your best so do it right. i would do a test ent. cycle at 500mg/week, oh yeah and i would wait another year and a half to do it.

Hi guys I was reading and some of you guys have great knowledge on this stuff! So I have to ask you guys I'm 23 years old been working out for about 7 months and I want to try a cycle. For my first time I don't want anything crazy just something to give me a little extra muscle any suggestions? And any suggestions how to purchase this stuff I got ripped off 3 times trying to buy Dbol and I'm really frustrated I really want to buy something to help me out. My email is [email protected] if anyone can give me any info I would greatly appreciate it!

Try lifting for about 9 years, then try gear, like me :verygood:

You're setting yourself up for a rude response when you come asking for advice on a cycle after a supposed 7 months of training. Dude, I can put on a pretty solid 40 pounds in a year if I want, and they will be keepable gains, all natural. I put on 38lbs in 5 months one time after I got out of the Navy because I was underweight from all the running and only 3 meals a day.
It's best to wait until your body will be ready for steroids. If you're 7 months into lifting and go on a 10 week cyle of Testosterone Enanthate or something at 500mg a week, how are you gonna know what you are capable of gaining without it? I'm sorry, but resorting to juice after 7 months of training experience is a joke. Wait at least until you've done 2-3 years of steady lifting and have your diet and training in check. You will not get max results out of your cycle at this point in time. After several years of training, then you will know your body depending on how much attention you pay to it and your diet should be in check, and by then you should have researched AAS up the WAZOO. Then you will make your best gains ever from it, and have the experience not to suffer any bad side effects from using it. Get your diet in check, get enough sleep, cut down your number of sets per bodypart, use protein powder, creatine and a good multi-vitamin/mineral 3x a day.

All muscle...4%BF...I don't think so.
4% is not unbelievable, i've never been over 4% in my life....except maybe when i had baby fat and i doubt even then... a pinch test only gives me 2%, but i'm sure its 3or 4 maybe

All the "Pro's" say to wait a couple of years and they are probably right however- i am new to this and on my 4th week od Test E and EQ, and i have a good physique to begin with and am cut and i have went from 155 to 165 in 2 weeks- all muscle- i only have about 4% body fat. The connective tissue holding your muscle to your bone is the biggest concern for if your muscles grow to fast then they can rip right from the bone but i am just taking it asy and NOT overdoing it- just want to add some mass and cut up a tad afterwards so i will stack some Tren in my last 3 weeks. By all rights these guys are right however i know once my mind was made up there was not much changin it, it depends on how die hard u r and how big u wanna be but not overdoing it at the gym will help!!!!

Tendons & lignaments can & will tear if not conditioned properly when strength goes up.
