Im New 2 Steroids Any Advice Plz

I'm not saying you'll have to wait 14 years to see improvements. But you can EASILY pack on some muscle and have a "beach body" without steroids in just a few short months by training hard and eating right. But like I said in my previous post, do what you want. But when the D-Bol bloat goes away and you're puffy and soft, don't come crying to the guys at Elitefitness, wondering what went wrong...

tiny bit of grief to the op, but most of the slap goes to the guys telling this dude to juice. Man, at 20 I was fuckin peaking! I just feel seriously like exponentially increasing my free test by the power of 10 at that age is just retarded. Honest to god new guys, you really REALLY can get what you're looking for with a steroid called DISCIPLINE!

Save the drugs until you don't have a choice.
 
This diet sounds like what i ate during high school...Cornflakes and OJ for breakfast....WTF....so from when u wake up until 1000hrs you dont have any protein....WOW that's one of the reasons why you aren't growing.

07:30 / 1 bannana and a pint of milk
10:00 / cheese or ham salad sandwich
12:00 / a small grilled steak with salad

this is just an ordinary day for me i eat different foods throughout the week but it goes something like that. As 4 training that is ussually 3 times per week and each session lasts between 40-60 mins of weight training and cardio is basically walking 2 work every day which takes 40 mins. can u give me advice on this aswell plz. :chomp:
 
Yeah, seriously. This guy wants to scarf down a handfull of D-Bol every day to get bigger, when really all he needs to do is read a little bit about diet and training, and then apply those basic principals. It's frustrating. But what's more frustrating, like jumpshot said, is the idiots who are advising him what to take at 20yo.
 
I use brontosaurus pituitary extract, raw glandular ape testicles, and Joe Weider Super Mega Packs. I say no to steeeeeeroids though cuz I'm skeered of needles. Thinking of trying dbol only though cuz everyone says it sucks. So naturally, I must do the opposite of what everyone tells me to do-and go with orals only. There is no other way to go about it. I am the chosen one to set the record straight that dbol only cycles will give me a World Class Physique in 3 weeks or less without ever setting foot in the gym. Stackers are haters. Orals only rules-and I can proudly say I'm not a junkie.
